In a sea of run down house the Alba Hotel is a shining star. It was a little tough to find initially. If only we looked at the image map they sent us sooner it would have been easier. The hotel is beautiful. Won international design award in 2017 but it feels like it was only finished a year ago. Very beautiful modern design in every way. The roof top restaurant is amazing looking at the church right next door. We only had one night and it was so nice we didn’t even leave the hotel

The hotel is a modern luxury hotel at a level I did not expect. They have a great breakfast buffet and very quiet rooms. The hotel was not busy, it seemed, so we got lots of attention. The bathroom was huge, as was the balcony. It's obvious that a lot of design work went into the place.

Alba Palace is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Favare, Sicily. It's a beautiful mix of modern with ancient touches throughout. My room had a balcony that allowed for magnificent views of the church and down to the square. Breakfast was superb each morning and staff were highly attentive when it came to questions or directions. Arrival - check your email or WhatsApp for a map from the staff. If you're unaccustomed to driving in small Italian towns, it's not for the faint of heart. Streets are narrow and bumpy, but whatever you do: DO NOT HESITATE. Parking....parking the square, it's about 60ft from the front door of the hotel and much easier to navigate.

It’s rare to find something so modern and stylish in the heart of a medieval town, but this hotel is exactly that—a perfect blend of history and contemporary comfort. From the moment we arrived, the incredibly attentive staff made us feel at home, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Parking was free and conveniently located at the piazza right next to the hotel. The Art Moderne Museum is just a short 4-minute walk away, making it an ideal spot for culture lovers. And for a truly unforgettable dining experience, Stefano’s house, La Locanda di PalmaUliva, is a must-visit—just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The food, the atmosphere, and the hospitality were exceptional, making our stay even more special. If you’re looking for an authentic yet stylish experience in this charming town, this is the place to be!

Comfortable hotel, perfectly appointed with everything you might need, even an in-house wine-tasting. Staff were polite and very helpful; rooms well appointed with very comfortable bed. A bit difficult to find on first arrival, but the directions provided were perfect. Parking at the hotel is tight, but staff were very helpful. Location, in historical centre of town, was ideal to reach Valley of the Temples and other local attractions. A perfect stay!

A good alternative to the overpriced hotels in Agrigento, about 20 min. driving distance from the valley of temples. A choice of good restaurants nearby (including the hotel restaurant), very friendly staff and large, modern furnished rooms. Very good value for money.

This is special place. If you're self driving, negotiating the mesmerising twists and turns in the tight lanes is well worth the effort. The location puts you right in the middle of what we felt was real Sicily, and only 20 minutes away from the Valley of the Temples. The hotel room was excellent: large, clean, great bathroom, very comfortable bed. All members of staff were very helpful and provided great service. The breakfast was very good. The real treat for us was the restaurant evening meal. Wonderful service and food.

Amazing large rooms with a large bathroom. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Plus free parking right in front of the door, and next to the main square which is super cute in the evenings. The hotel is luxuriously made and looks great. And they also have a nice rooftop terrace restaurant overlooking the main cathedral which at sunset is lovely.

The hotel was modern within an old exterior. The reception was pleasant. The breakfast at additional price was OK, but limited cerial choice (rice bubbles etc.)
